With tasteful decor, natural light, and warm tones throughout, Nekia provides a relaxing and inviting stay in the heart of Amity. The space Welcome to the Nekia Flat. Each flat is named after the distinctive soil types that shape the vineyards of the Willamette Valley, with Nekia named for the soil found locally in the beautiful Eola-Amity Hills, home to more than thirty outstanding wineries and dozens of picturesque vineyards. Stroll across the street to Coelho Winery, take a short drive to the inspiring Antica Terra, or visit the nearby monastery of the Brigittine monks to savor their award-winning chocolates crafted with care and tradition. Located in the beautifully renovated, century-old Masonic Lodge building, the Nekia Flat is a bright and inviting studio-style suite featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a convenient kitchenette. The cozy love seat converts into a single bed, and a rollaway can be added upon request, making this flat a perfect choice for couples or small families. Nekia’s jazzy color palette and stylish furnishings add a lively touch to your stay, while modern comforts ensure relaxation and ease. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, induction stovetop, and microwave. Step outside to the spacious rooftop patio, where a BBQ grill invites you to prepare a meal under the open sky. The patio is partially covered for comfort in any weather and offers space for a friendly game of ping pong or simply relaxing with a glass of your favorite beverage while taking in the scenery at the end of the day. Located on the third floor, guests will need to navigate three flights of stairs. Guests who prefer to avoid the stairs can use the convenient lift to access the flat. Guest access -Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM -​Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM  -Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.  -Additional guests over two (2) require a $50 fee per person per night. Extra amenities and linens will be provided We have the details of our business hours hotline and emergency hotline in our Property Guidebook, which will be sent out 3 days before your arrival. Other things to note *Looking for a wine tour during your visit? Check out PinotCar, our in-house transportation company to help make your visit to Oregon wine country perfect! *There is a 750 lb max Lift available for guests with mobility issues or taking luggage up to the Flats. The operating instructions can be found in your digital guidebook as well as on the inside wall of the lift.. *There is going to be a gate lock, hallway door lock, and the Flats door lock. The code you receive will be the same for all three (3) doors. *There is an EV charger available at the property upon request. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you will need access. *Additional family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play, yoga mats, air mattresses, rollaway) are available to rent upon request. *Midstay Cleaning* -For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required, with an additional cleaning needed for every subsequent 10 nights. Guests are responsible for the cost of mid-stay cleans, due after booking confirmation. Cleaning fees are due 30 days before arrival.
