The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room with 8 seats, air conditioned and spacious living room and a bedroom with a bathroom and a sauna which will surely help you relax and unwind from everyday worries! From the living room you come to a beautiful courtyard with a luxurious pool and six comfortable deck chairs where you can soak up the summer sun. There is also a large garden where the youngest can enjoy playing in the fresh air. There is also an outdoor gas grill where you can try grilling various specialties. The villa is completely fenced with hedges so you can have your own privacy. Villa Calma Istria has four parking spaces available. Villa Calma Istria offers everything you need for an ideal holiday! Arriving at the Villa Calma Istria, get to know the beautiful central Istria through a rich gastronomic offer and a beautiful peaceful landscape. Do not forget to visit the beautiful tourist places Labin and Rabac on the east coast of Istria. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, payable locally. Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
