Room with private bathroom in a quiet residential area

Just a few minutes from the A7 motorway. The 17 m² room is functionally furnished and suitable for short or long stays for 2 people. A third person could sleep on a mattress on the floor. A travel cot is available for our youngest guests. The large window overlooking the rear garden provides plenty of light in the room and can be darkened with pleated blinds or a roller shutter. Guests can relax in the sheltered front garden. The space The room is equipped with a lock and has a 180 x 200 cm bed, Travel cot for the little ones is also available, a 2-seater sofa, table and 2 chairs, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine incl. coffee pods, crockery, cutlery and board games. The shared hallway leads to your own bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Guest access Guests have access to the room, bathroom, front garden and shared corridor. During your stay You live in your own area, but you are welcome to knock on my door at any time. I'm happy to chat and answer any questions you may have. Other things to note I am happy to welcome my guests personally. If I am not there, I will send you the code for the key box in good time. Very important: Never leave the front door ajar, as we have an automatic locking system that can jam. Please always close the door completely. My old cat, who is extremely afraid of dogs, also lives in the house. She does not come into your area, but she is aware of everything that happens in the house. Therefore, I kindly request that you refrain from making enquiries regarding dogs. Thank you.
