Shootings in our villa are allowed per request (!!!) For holiday rentals, there is a 30% surcharge on the whole booking. Fair surcharge: 50% on the whole booking. We reserve the right to set exceptional conditions regarding prices, minimum duration and occupancy for the top dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, biggest fairs etc. These can differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated on request.
