Ruscus is one of the first plants that was cultivated inside the park of the villa by my grandfather Antonio, so we decided to name the apartment after the one he was most fond of. From June to September, the swimming pool located inside the park will be available to guests. The space In the entrance area there is a large open space with a living room, kitchen and dining room. The exposed historic beams on the ceiling give the rooms a traditional and elegant style. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishes and various utensils, useful for preparing delicious dishes or sweet breakfasts for the whole family. The dining room is complete with a large 8-seat table, perfect for serving meals for everyone and enjoying family moments. The three bedrooms (two double and one with two single beds that can become a double bed if needed) are spacious and charming, furnished in full villa style, complete with a wardrobe or chest of drawers to store your clothes. There are two bathrooms: 1 service bathroom in the living area with toilet, bidet and sink but without shower and the other in the sleeping area complete with everything and both bathtub and shower. Guest access The property is surrounded by a park of about 5 hectares (enclosed by stone walls) accessed through a gate; once you reach it, just contact the host who will provide you with the information you need to access the property. The entire park will be at your disposal except for the private areas of the villa that will be indicated to you. To use the pool, you will need to complete and sign a form. Other things to note You can park for free inside the park, from which you can also reach a private forest, ideal for a walk surrounded by nature. The apartment is part of a historic complex dating back to the 16th century. Originally used as a stable, it has been finely restored while maintaining the original stone walls that give it unique characteristics. There is the possibility, through payment, to add up to two cots for any additional guests. During the winter, heating is not included in the price, but will be calculated at the end of your stay based on use at the time of check-out, the boiler is LPG.
