Description

Eclectic, clean, comfortable cottage featuring original artwork, located in walking distance of Berea College campus, Artisan Village/Old Town area, art galleries, unique shops, The Lot, Rebel Rebel, Nightjar, Sunhouse Craft, and Native Bagel. A short drive to the Pinnacles and kayaking at Owsley Fork Lake. The location is great! A cozy patio in front of the home with a swing and a tree canopied deck in back that feels like being in a treehouse. Basic TV channels and high-speed internet. The space Plush towels and nice sheets. There are two queen sized beds in the home, so it accommodates up to four people. One of the queen-sized beds is located in a room without a door and is not private. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that I don't list them under amenities because it is slightly awkward to get to if you are mobility challenged but guests are welcome to use. Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the home. Other things to note Pets do not live on the property but have lived on the property in the past but have not lived there in five years. I am only noting this for anyone with severe pet allergies.
