My Rio Place - Copacabana

MY RIO PLACE is an apartement based in the area of COPACABANA, on a very nice street on it's calm part. It's a 118m2 apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ( plus 1 small bathroom which is called in Brazil as the maid's bathroom ). The place has a very nice and modern AMERICAN KITCHEN, with a BAR and right after a dining table for 6 people. The flat can accommodate 6 people in a very confortable way, 2 people per bedroom. The BALCONY is the highlight of the apartment, it's a great lounge area. The space The apartment is located on the world wide know area of COPACABANA. It's a 3 bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms ( plus another small one called in Brazil as the maid's bathroom ). The place is only 15 minutes walk from the beach, on " Posto 4 ". Based on rua Santa Clara, where you can find some great little restaurants, shops, an supermarkets not far. The subway station SIQUEIRA CAMPOS is very near by, which takes you easily and fast to all the nice areas of RIO, to the center, Ipanema, Leblon, and even to Barra da Tijuca. By taxi or Uber is also another way to get around the city very fast passing by Lagoa, you get to Ipanema, Leblon, Gavea ... and passing by Avenida Atlantica you go easily to Botafogo, Flamengo, Santa Teresa and to the center of Rio. The apartment was very well decorated by two very known architects, who are always present on an event called CASA COR, for interior designers in Brazil. The building has two parking places, doormen 24/7, gym, swimming pool, sauna and even a small cinema, nice for children, you just need to take you own dvd. The BALCONY is the highlight of the apartment, it became a beautiful and nice lounge area. Very well decorated, spacious and with a nice view to a little green area. I would say the balcony makes the apartment unique, once we don't have that everywhere. Take a look on the pictures to have a better idea. GOOD TO KNOW : For New Year's eve and Carnaval the appartement is available for minimum of one week, inclusing those big events dates. The arrival and departure dates can be flexible, but has to make the total of 7 NIGHTS. Guest access The building offers 2 parking places, so if rent a ( or two ) car, or if you come to Rio by car you have where to park. There is a gym, a swimming pool, sauna and also a hammam. Other things to note If any problem or question we and the people that work with me will be there to make your stay the best possible.
