It is a brand-new villa. You can use the entire 1,000 m² property, where, in addition to the house, you will find various areas within the property, such as the hot tub area with hot water, a pool with warm water, a campfire area, a gas grill area, outdoor bathrooms, a children's play area, a mini soccer field with natural grass, spacious relaxation areas, and ample parking. PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED, nor is the entry of people not included in the reservation. The space Inside, the villa has a game room with ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball tables, as well as a TV. Outside, you'll find a large barbecue area with a gas grill, a fire pit, and a hot tub that can accommodate five people. The hot tub is located outside the house, next to a soccer field, and there are several lounge areas and a private pool with warm water.
