Living/dining opens out to large balcony overlooking the river with small fenced yard. Guest access The space is a split leveled villa attached to my home but completely separated for guests, balcony in front of living room is for guests only, stairs and backyard are shared with access down to the river. Pet friendly Other things to note The fence is only 1m high not suitable for dogs that can jump fences. The house is on a hill so we have plenty of stairs if this may be an issue.
