The apartment has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite, and two additional bathrooms serving the other two bedrooms, along with two covered parking spaces. The gourmet balcony is semi-covered, offering the perfect space for a variety of activities: on the uncovered section, relax in the sun lounger or take a refreshing shower in the outdoor shower; on the covered part, enjoy meals at the outdoor table, have a quiet breakfast, or savor a glass of wine while listening to the sound of the waves. You can also prepare a barbecue on the charcoal grill, with available accessories. The apartment has undergone nearly a complete renovation, with new furniture and décor. The main bedrooms feature large windows with blackout curtains, allowing for natural light and ventilation, as well as total darkness for a peaceful sleep. All three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, while the two main bedrooms also have air conditioning. There are three bathrooms in total, and Wi-Fi is free. The accommodations include two double beds and a bunk bed for two people, with two additional single mattresses available, if needed.
