Welcome to our Urban Retreat Comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests and 5 pets, our 25 sqm / (269 sq ft) apartment comes equipped with most of the amenities for a comfortable stay. Located in the 2nd floor of and old building in the residential area of Miyakojima Ward, you will have to walk only 5 minutes to get to the metro and 10 minutes to JR train station. 7-Eleven is around the corner (open 24/7), supermarket 5 min, coin parking next door, quiet at night, perfect for peaceful sleeping. The space What you will find staying in this apartment: You can immediately make yourself home once you check-in. There is a sofa for 2 people, conveniently located in front of the 50'' Sony TV with Netflix, terrestrial digital broadcasting and YouTube Premium. We provide an AC for summer and winter, and additional gas heater and portable fan to make your stay more cozy. The bed is queen size, perfect for those who appreciate space while sleeping. We have a dinning table with 2 chairs and a separate tiny desk for remote working. WiFi is quite fast, around 490 mbps. The kitchen can be used for cooking simple meals, there is a gas stove with 2 burners, microwave, kettle, coffee french press and western style bread toaster. The closet in the bedroom is big. You will also find a steam iron for your clothes, and a hair dryer. While we don’t have an elevator in this building, once you are in the apartment, everything is in the same level. ★ Smoking area: Balcony only (ashtray provided) ➤ Please note: daily housekeeping or supply replenishment is not included. However, we can arrange a cleaning service during your stay for an extra fee of 7,500 yen. ➤ Please note: Unfortunately, due to space limitations we could not provide a laundry and dryer machine at the apartment. We left a laundry bucket in the apartment which you can use and take out of the house. The coin laundry it's only a 5 minute walk from our place.
