With parking for two cars; The space The house has two bedrooms (both with ceiling fan), living room with TV (with floor fan), kitchen, a bathroom and a shower (in the outdoor area), barbecue area and large yard, with a garage for two cars. Guest access - The house is independent with access through the automatic gate. - It has an electric fence and a surveillance camera. - In case of any electrical, hydraulic or other problems, please contact us. - The nearest beach is about 250 meters from the residence. Other things to note - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and closets, we have a sofa bed (double bed) in the living room, comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. - No smoking inside the house. The outdoor area of the house can be used for this. - The house has a gourmet area with a barbecue, tables with chairs and benches, a refrigerator, freezer, sandwich maker, microwave, 4-burner stove with oven, coffee maker, blender, and various utensils for preparing delicious meals. - We have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a column fan in the living room. -We provide bed linens, we have pillows and blankets (light blankets) in the house for up to 5 people. We do not provide bath linen (towels). - In the neighborhood there are families residing and out of respect for them, we ask our guests to comply with the law of silence after 10 p.m. - Try to leave the house in the best possible condition, as found on your arrival, and report any incidents.
