Upon entering you will be greeted by a large open space with central dining room and open kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, freezer, peninsula with stools and everything you need for dinners, lunches and breakfasts. The area also includes a balcony with a view of a very quiet street. The balcony will be a great place to sit for coffee or a relaxing moment. In the sleeping area you will find a master bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as an additional TV and a nice view of the shared garden. The second sleeping area features two single beds and two closets. The bathroom of expertise is immediately outside. All bathrooms have a shower.
