A bespoke & private garden studio tucked away in the heart of Dagenham with excellent transport links, free parking and space for up to 10 guests. You'll have ample space to entertain yourselves and bifold doors that open into a landscaped patio. From small gatherings & game nights to proposals or family reunion, this modern, contemporary space is suitable to celebrate life’s special events. The space can be individually styled to suit your vision – the possibilities are endless! The space Host your event in a studio that offers a private space with independent access through the side gate giving you the privacy you need to enjoy the occasion. It comes fully equipped with a smart TV, speakers and kitchenette that has an under-counter fridge freezer, sink, microwave and kettle. This is your ideal spot to create cherished memories in a picture-worthy space for your intimate birthday, gathering, private dining, bridal/baby shower, games night or corporate event. A separate cash deposit will be collected at check-in. This will be returned at check-out subject to guest adhering to house rules and no damages. On some occasions, this may be requested 24hours prior. The studio is situated near Chadwell Heath station and Becontree Station, providing a straightforward journey to/from Central London, Stratford and other major hot spots in London via the new Elizabeth line (11 minutes bus journey from the studio) and District line (9 minutes bus journey from the studio). There is a small local supermarket 5 minutes’ walk from the studio. Bigger supermarkets are 5-10 minutes using a car or bus. Please note that there is NO OVERNIGHT STAYS for this listing.
