Amity Flats #1: Jory Flat

The Jory Flat includes a semi-private bedroom with a queen bed with its own large window on the east wall, with exposed antique brick on the south wall. The living room sofa converts to a double bed to sleep two more, and a rollaway bed may be added to sleep a total of five. The bathroom enjoys natural light from a window on the south wall and features an antique, clawfoot bathtub next to a modern, walk-in shower enclosed by glass bricks. The space Jory is the state soil of Oregon and is found nearby in the Dundee Hills AVA. The Jory Flat is also the flagship of the Amity Flats. All of our flats are named after the types of soil found in the vineyards around the Willamette Valley. Just east of town is the beautiful Eola-Amity Hills, home to more than 30 outstanding wineries and dozens of gorgeous vineyards. Below the flats is The Bramble, Silas Wines tasting room or walk across the street to Coelho Winery. A short drive or easy bike ride away is the inspirational Antica Terra Antica Terra winery or visit the monastery of the Brigittine mokes to sample some of their award-winning chocolates. Where Jory now sits, the leaders of the local Masonic Lodge once conducted meetings more than 100 years ago from a large, raised platform. Modern guests can look to the east through updated windows to view the lovely Eola-Amity Hills. The bright and airy room is decorated in blue, green, and grey furnishings, creating a peaceful, romantic mood. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $70.00. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation.
