Please be aware the smoke detectors are sensitive and will be triggered. ✅ No illegal substances are allowed on the property. ✅ Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms. ✅ Kindly remove shoes worn outside and leave them in the foyer. ✅ No pets are allowed. ✅ Please report any damage to the host immediately. Guests are responsible for damages incurred during their stay. ✅ Please leave the property tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply for things like a dirty stove, un- emptied fridge, or stained carpets. ✅ Guests will be charged for any missing towels, linens, or other house items. ✅ Before leaving the property at any time and at checkout, please ensure all lights, televisions, and appliances are turned off. ✅ Please place all trash in the provided bags and put them in the correct bins located inside the garage.
