There are spaces for 4 cars, please only use 2 spaces. If additional spaces are needed, there is easy-to-find street parking on the same block. This is a quiet neighborhood, about a 5 and half minute walk to the beach. Other things to note This home is a couple of blocks from the beach, therefore it is likely for guests to drag sand into the unit from outside. Please keep this in mind and we recommend an extra pair of sandals for inside the home, as this makes some guests more comfortable. Since we are so close to the beach, sometimes a guest may track in some sand. We mop and clean the floor before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee that the floors will remain that way during your entire stay. *Stove/Oven is electric and the AC/Heater and appliances are electric, no gas. Thus no carbon monoxide detector. This home is part of a duplex. Sunset Getaway is Unit A in the front and facing the street this is your unit. Unit B (the back unit) is the White Sand Getaway; a separate vacation rental. *if you are interested in booking both vacation rentals, please let me know. **All homes near the beach in this area (including this one) are relatively close to the train tracks. From time to time, one may hear horn faint whistling from the train when staying in beach area of Gulfport.
