Chic 2-bedroom 3 story townhouse in San Miguel's historic district, a short 2-minute walk to the town center. The second floor features a king size bedroom with a fireplace, television, terrace with french doors, and a large bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and French doors opening to an atrium with fountain. Enjoy the covered outdoor sitting area on the second floor or the third-floor terraces with spectacular views. Practical amenities include, alarm system and water purifier. The space This is a three story townhouse. There are a lot of stairs! Please note it is not appropriate for young children under the age of 6 years old or anyone who might have issues with going up and down stairs regularly. There is no railing along the stairs to the basement level. The basement level has one bedroom a bathroom and a sitting area with TV and a quaint indoor fountain. If needed, we have a pull out sofa that can be utilized for additional sleeping for fee (photo not updated). The main floor has a living room with TV, dining room with bóveda ceiling, kitchen and half bathroom. The third floor has master bedroom with a bóveda ceiling, micro-tiny balcony over looking Murillo Street, a TV, and bathroom. There is a 2nd enclosed balcony with seating and a running fountain that overlooks Parroquia. The TV's works with streaming services like Netflix, Amazon and YouTube. A central stairwell brings in light. Lots of character! The top floor has rooftop balcony with outdoor seating. We have a housekeeper that works on Thursdays. She will be at the house cleaning all day. We are proud on how well she takes care of the house! Additionally, a gardener arrives to water both the rooftop and 2nd floor balcony plants. This is a perfect place for those that don’t mind climbing up stairs, enjoy loud festivals (bring ear plugs!), and being two blocks from Parroquia. We have an onsite manager that will be a contact for you. Upon arrival, they will show you the house and how everything works. Guest access You will receive an email from our management team one week before arrival. That way they can arrange when to give you the keys. Note there will be an additional fee if there is a late check in. Other things to note San Miguel is known for its temperate climate, sometimes there is a freak heatwave where it's abnormally hot. Please take note the warm season is April - June. The house being in town, runs warm. We have one AC in the upstairs bedroom (hot air rises). Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to circulate the air. Because it's so dry we have a gardener that will water the plants on the rooftop as well as terrace. He also takes out the garbage. He arrives at 9am. Additionally, el Centro can be quite loud! Especially with fireworks! Bring earplugs for a more restful sleep or head to the lower level where it’s more muffled.
