The location is close to famous shopping malls and eateries. The space The apartment is newly built and it is equipped with modern aminities. It has 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 adults and sofas to sleep another 2. The fully appointed kitchen comes with modern closets, wine racks, fridge and elegantly selected china. The sensor driven chimeny, conceled R/O, microwave and large basin make the kitchen a delightful place The living room boasts of contemporary furniture and matching furnishing. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with selected wallpapers, matching sun cutout curtains, quiet split airconditioners, ample closet space and a lockable chest for valuables. Bathrooms are modern with vanities, lighted mirrors and geysers; and a separate shower area with curtain. For security, the building has a 24 hr guard and the main security door with deadlocks. For those planning to work remotely, the unit has 24 hr free Wifi with backup. You can enjoy home cooked meals by requesting them in advance. Meals would be delivered right to your door thus avoiding 'masala-khana' from outside. Guest access To access the apartment, a guest will be given a 4 digit passcode to be used to open a lockpad to retrieve the house keys, mounted at the front door, thus avoiding a painful in-person handover. The checking out processs is made hassel-free as the guests are asked to leave the keys back into the lockpad. Other things to note it is important that guests follow the house rules and regulations laid down by the host. A rule book is available to guests once an access has been granted. They are listed here for your perusal. Airbnb House Rules 1. Identity of guests - Prior to the check-in, provide the names, age, phone and email of guests - Need to provide photo identity of all individuals except the minors - Acceptable identities are - Aadhaar card, Ration card, Driver's License, passport, voter id - Upload the contact details and image of the identity 2. Security & Access - To get access to the premise, you will be provide a 4 digit code - Once you are at the door, you will use this code to a Lockpad to retrieve keys - Use the keys to then open the security and main doors - Please make sure that the keys are put back into the lockpad when you leave Cleaners could come in your absence to clean the apartment - Ensure that the keys are put back into the lockpad when checking out - Ensure that the lockpad combination is changed to avoid any outsider getting access to the keys 3. Check in/ Check out Check in - You will get a 4 digit code to access the Lockpad - Use the code to open the lockpad and then retrieve the keys - Your host may provide the keys physically if she is available at the time of check-in Check out - Please put the keys back into the lockpad after you have locked the security and main doors - Please ensure the combination is changed so that others cannot access the premise - You need to inform the host the time you plan leave. The host could come and check out the place for general cleanliness and equipment 4. Kitchen rules - Kitchen is available for light use and not for preparing meals - You can request home-cooked meals (subject to availability) - Please discuss it with the host for details - Ensure that utensils are rinsed before you leave to avoid bugs and cockroaches - Ensure that the fridge is cleaned and all your items are removed - Cookware/Dinnerware and Silverware are properly cleaned prior to you leaving the unit - Extra charge may be levied if they are left unclean 5. Bedrooms and Bathrooms Bathrooms - It is not a serviced apartment and therefore the cleaning will not be available on a daily basis - Please keep the bathrooms clean at all times - Use dustbins for discards - Do not flush used tissues or sanitary pads - Do not clog sinks and/or pans - Use the brush to clean the pan if needed Bedrooms - Linens and towels will be changed for extended stay - please check the rules - You need to reuse towels and linens if the stay is less than 3 days 6. Visitors - No additional guests are permitted to stay without a prior permission from the host - Staying of additional guests may attract extra charges - You need to provide details of the additional guest(s) - name and identity 7. Garbage Disposal - Garbage is disposed off daily by handing it over to the garbage collector - Garbage collector comes daily in the morning at the door - Hand over the garbage after packing it in a garbage disposal bag (provided) - If leaving early, put out the garbage bags at the entrance for the collector to pick them up 8. Electricity and AC usage - Use ACs when you are in rooms or common areas - Switch off ACs and fans when you are away to avoid the wastage of electricity - Switch off lights, fans and geysers when not in use or when you are away - You may be charged extra in case you have used electricity excessively 9. House cleaning rules and Extended Stay - General and floor cleaning will be provided once in 2 days - Fresh towels will be provided every 3 days - Linens will be changed once a week - Extra linens and towels could be provided on request and may attract additional charges - More frequent cleaning will be on a request basis
