PLEASE NOTE THAT AS OF NOW TERRA VASCILEIA DOES NOT ASK FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-IN UNLIKE OTHER RENTAL PROPERTIES SO WE ASK FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES: 1. Our properties are suitable for children and pets. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children and pets at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood. Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool or sleep on the bed as courtesy to other guests. 2. Check in time is at 3pm onwards, check out is until 12 noon. Early check in is subject to the availability of the property. Late checkout is subject to late check out fee and availability of the schedule. Please take note that if there is a booked guest prior or after your booking, we may not be able to accommodate your early or late check out request. 3. Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 7am), and upon arrival and departure; Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the Airbnb rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be ASKED FROM THE GUEST UPON CHECK OUT; 4. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded per suite; and that Visitors are complicit with these House Rules. 6. Guests and any Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; and Parking arrangements at the property. 7. Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in accordance with the usual practice at in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas. 8. Any time Guests leave the Airbnb Rental/Property, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Management/owner is not responsible for any loss or damage of guest's personal property. 9. Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning on when Guests are absent from the Airbnb rental place. 10. Guests must supervise any babies, children and/or pets at all times when using the Deck, balcony area and pool area. 11. Smoking is permitted only outside the house, parking area, garden and balcony. Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. 12. The swimming pool is for exclusive use of the guests. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use any glassware in or around the pool area. While we value your safety and wellbeing, we would like to inform you that there is no lifeguard on duty at pool area. Therefore, we kindly ask you to exercise caution and be mindful while using our pool amenities. 13. Diving, eating, drinking, smoking and chewing of gum in the pool are not allowed. Horseplay, spitting, littering in and out of the pool area are prohibited. Caution should be taken as the pool area may be slippery. Solstice Suites Management is not liable for any losses, injuries or damage suffered or incurred by anyone in the pool area. Damage to property shall be dealt with accordingly. 14. Rules for key handover, security, cleaning, garbage, etc. are as follows: In the event of an emergency relating to the Airbnb, your emergency contact is – Precila Canding 15. CHECK-OUT ARRANGEMENTS Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the property, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community. 16. Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager/Care Takers as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty, and; to avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. PLEASE ENJOY YOUR STAY!
