Our 36 m² vacation apartment is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2-minute walk) and in the heart of Leipzig's Neuseenland area, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In the apartment, you have a wonderful view of the lake and a beautiful sunset over the water from the south wooden terrace. For chilling and sunbathing, there is a very private lounge area in the countryside. The space 36 m² apartment for two adults – modern, quiet and on the north shore of Lake Hainer (at least 16 years). The 12 m² south terrace made of wood opens up the view of the lake and invites you to sunbathe, enjoy and dream. Your amenities in detail: - Living area: couch (186cm wide), armchair, stool and TV. - Outdoor area: 12 sqm wooden terrace incl. terrace furniture and lake view. - Bedroom: Comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) and wardrobe. - Kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave with convection oven, fridge, Senseo and filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. - Bathroom: Modern bathroom with large shower. - Technology: TV & free high speed wifi (100Mbps download, 50Mbps upload). - Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Guest access You will enjoy absolute privacy throughout the apartment with wooden terrace. Check-in is flexible and contactless via self check-in via a keypad. Free parking is available directly on-site. Other things to note Minimum age of the co-traveling second person: 16 years (child-free adult accommodation). No animals are allowed. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible. Construction activity: In the wider area of the property, construction activities may take place temporarily due to the construction of new vacation homes.
