Welcome to @Little Marlin by the Bay - a seaside themed tiny home where you will enjoy all of the comforts of a full-sized home. Get away from the daily grind and relax poolside (seasonal), lounge on any of the lovely decks surrounded by tropical landscape, take a stroll to the nearby beach, walk down to any of the wonderful restaurants nearby. Drive to Kemah Boardwalk (12 min.), the world famous NASA Johnson Space Center (20 min.) and don't miss your cruise out of Galveston (35 min). The space Welcome to the perfect tiny home getaway for you and your family. The property is tiny, but mighty as we like to say. You will find many amenities and personal touches throughout. ****PLEASE BE ADVISED, THIS PROPERTY ONLY SLEEPS 5 PEOPLE WHICH INCLUDES SMALL CHILDREN. THIS IS STRICKLY ENFORCED**** The master bedroom comes equipped with a super comfortable king sized bed! That’s right! That’s some of the mighty at the Little Marlin! It also has it's own private entrance. In the den/second bedroom we have a full-sized sleeper sofa that is perfect for a couple or the kids. The sleeper comes with a memory foam topper for extra comfort as well as cozy bedding. The den has a small fire place and a TV. Also in the den you will find a small dining area complete with a super unique adjustable metal table and bench seating against the wall. It has an on suite full bath and it's own private entrance. Each of our 4 TV’s are equipped with Roku streaming devices for watching any of your favorite streaming apps. Feel free to download your apps and login, with your own login of course, and watch away! The kitchen comes equipped with all of the essentials you need to make a great meal for your family. Just off the kitchen we have a nice coffee bar setup for you. Please feel free to make your perfect cup of morning coffee in ceramic mugs a convenient to-go cup. We provide half & half creamers too. We also have a mini fridge in this area to store small items and snacks! The Little Marlin has two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms comes equipped with a whirlpool tub with jets for relaxing in after a long day of hanging out. The other bathroom, has all of the typical amenities of a full size bath and even some really cool toucan’s on the wall! Outside you will find plenty of areas to relax and enjoy on any of the several decks surrounded by tropical landscape. We have multiple grilling areas, one with a charcoal grill, and the other with a Blackstone griddle. In addition to the multiple sitting areas don’t forget the Pool in the middle of it all!!! The property is located in a great location, nestled between some delicious restaurants within walking or biking distance. Drive to Kemah Boardwalk (12 min.), the world famous NASA Johnson Space Center (20 min.) and don't miss your cruise out of Galveston (35 min). Guest access You will have access to the entire fenced in property. Other things to note Please keep in mind that the property has multiple decks which have different height elevations. An adult over the age of 25 must be present at all times during stay. Absolutely NO SMOKING on the property. No large parties and quiet time is after 10pm.
