The space ★Important Notice★ Regarding the Number of Guests The space is comfortable for 1 to 4 guests. The room can accommodate 5 to 6 guests, but please note that it may feel cramped depending on the number of people. We kindly ask for your understanding before booking. ★About the Surrounding Environment★ In the event of loud voices or noises in the vicinity, they may be audible inside the room. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance during your stay. ★About the Interior Facilities★ The staircase leading to the bed is narrow and steep. Please take extra care when using it, especially if you are traveling with children or if you have concerns about your footing. ★About the Location★ This property is located in a residential area away from the central tourist attractions, and it is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station. As there is some distance from the station, please be mindful if you are carrying large suitcases or heavy luggage. Unique loft house with the Japanese twist. For one or two people it can be very spacious, with a separate bedroom, an open living area, and a separate kitchen. Please check with us the day before arrival if dropping off luggage is possible. HOW DO I FIND THE TOTAL PRICE? To get to the final price, there are four calculations to consider: 1. The daily rate for the nights you are booking (you have to check the calendar for your nights--they can be different each night) 2. The number of guests (price increases per night with each guest) 3. The cleaning fee (paid once for the entire trip) 4. The Airbnb fee DO I INCLUDE CHILDREN IN THE GUEST COUNT? Yes, please. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all areas as their own.
