Check in details will send to you thru the group chat. "Security Deposit" RM200 will be collected before your check in. Refundable to guest within 24 hours after check out, with the unit remain in good condition. 【Our house rules is ready for you】 We will send to you Check in details before 1 hours check In time *House rules:* 1. Late return of room key is considered late check out 2. Late check out is not allowed if there is a booking on next day , we will result in a late check out fee of up to RM300+. 3. Strictly *NO Smoking*& *No Shoes* inside the unit. 4. Penalty *RM300* will be deducted from your deposit if we found evidence of you smoking inside the premises. 5. Strictly *Do Not Move* our furniture/ decoration &beds. It is not easy to do the interior design. 6. If there are excessive dirtiness & stains ( blood, food stain & etc) on our towels & lines, the guest will be charged accordingly, and that towels & linens will not be used on the next guest. 7. Please ensure the door is locked and shoes put in the premise, to keep you and your personal belongings safely. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings. 8. Strictly no more partying , loud music, or shouting that may cause nuisance or annoyance to other residents *before 9am and after 10pm* 9. Pets are strictly NOT allowed in the building. 10. Please return all access card as per instructions. Any stolen , damage or missing key and access card will incur a charge of *RM 150* per item. 11. Party are *NOT allowed* inside the unit. 12. Please take off your shoes before entering the unit. 13. Only light cooking is allowed. 14. Please *DO NOT* bring in *DURIAN* or any other strong smell food. If caught will be fine RM500+ for cleaning usage. ( because the smell need few days only gone, we can’t rent out that few days ) 15. If have Party Balloon Decoration we will extra charge *RM 150+* for Deep Cleaning service. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE: If there are any loss or damages caused to the property , you will incur charge according to our Missing/ Damaged Item List.
