Other things to note Please read below important information before booking to ensure everyone has a safe and relaxing stay. PARKING There is a parking bay directly outside the front of the house. If the bay out the front is taken for any reason, there are multiple bays and alternate parking spaces near property (indicated in maps photo upon request). The garage may be used for one car as partially used as storage. COVID-19 SANITIZATION Heath, safety, and the wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out (including all door handles and light switches). Security Exterior Cameras: Please note that for your safety and the safety of our property, two (2) exterior cameras are installed to monitor the exterior of the property (including the garage/lane way and front door). Your booking constitutes understanding and acceptance of all recordings. Any attempt to turn off, disable, move, re-direct, and/or cover the cameras is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
