Late check-out will have additional fees. ■ No unregistered guests allowed ■ No smoking. No Pets ■ No Smoking policy is observed inside the unit and all common areas. Fire Alarm is sensitive and can detect all smoke coming from the unit. It will incur penalty of P5000. ■ Clean beddings, towels, pillowcases and bathroom matts will be provided in between check-in. ■ Guests are expected to keep the unit clean and tidy. Cleaning is done after check-out. - Please Avoid staining the towels and linens. ■ Please dispose your trash in the Garbage room located beside the elevators. ■ Do not flush paper towels, feminine items etc. ■ Light cooking - any smoke coming from the unit will trigger the alarm. ■ Please do not hang your laundry in the balcony ■ Please avoid noise so not to disturb other occupants. ■ If you decide to stay more than 3 nights - cleaning and changing new towels and linens are available upon request.
