two bed, two bath This beautiful large two bedroom, two bath condominium features a fully equipped kitchen, native stone fireplace, washer/dryer and deck with charcoal grill. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, two queens in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. 3 TV's. The space The unit overlooks the tennis courts and is a short walk away from the Phase I swimming pool and tennis courts and is a short drive to the East Cove Conference Center, the East Cove Park (for private events) and Turtle Cove Spa. Beautiful stone and cedar construction. This is the top left unit of a four-plex. Very limited parking in front of condo; additional parking available near unit. The Harbor East P.O.A. limits the occupancy in this unit to six persons and prohibits the parking of boat trailers in front of any condominium. This is a non-smoking unit and is pet friendly (pets are an additional $15 per night) The rate on this unit is based on four occupants. Any additional occupants over the age of 12 are $8.50 each per night each. All of our units have hair dryers, iron and ironing board. See our web site for more details! Parking limited in the condominium area.  Please check with us on how many spaces available for your unit and proximity to overflow parking areas. Please note that smoking of any kind is not allowed at this property. If we find evidence of smoking, you will be fined $150.00. PETS: We do not accept any breeds that have been recognized for their violent behavior, like a pit bull or any exotic pets. All pets must be leashed at all times while being walked, and all owners must be prepared to pick up any excrement left by their pets. Pets cannot be left unattended in the units or on the decks at any time! Should we receive any complaints regarding pets barking, there is a $150 service charge plus any charges necessary for another guest needing to be relocated to another unit due to disturbance.. Pet Fee is $17.50 per night plus tax and processing. Please note: We are not responsible for any children or pets leaving or entering the fenced area. Please supervise children and pets while in the fenced area and do not leave unattended.
