We use electronic locks, offering practicality and security for your self check-in. •Up to 2 days before your arrival, you will receive phone messages with instructions and passwords to access both your accommodation and the Santomar entrance gate. •Our team will be available for in-person or telephone support from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. After this time, service will be exclusively digital/telephone for any setbacks. *Check-out* •Check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. • Staying after hours will incur a fine. •If available, we offer late check-out for an extra fee (on request). Other things to note ⚠️*Rules and standards of Coexistence* •No smoking in any dependency. •We do not accept accommodation for children under 8 years of age, for safety and infrastructure reasons. •We do not accept pets. •Spa and WaterMirror (Alma do Mar): prohibited to consume food and beverages (except water), no children under 8 years old and children above 8 years old only accompanied by an adult •No use of sound equipment in the suites, common areas and parking. • Mandatory silence between 10pm and 9am. •No use of electric pots, portable stoves or electric barbecues is allowed. •Forbidden to store fish or seafood in the minibar. •Not allowed to extend clothes on windows, balconies or furniture. •When you are absent, turn off lights, TV, air conditioning and lock the doors. •We are not responsible for forgotten belongings. •Visits are not allowed. Access is exclusive to guests. • Forgotten objects will be saved for up to 30 days after checkout. • Porting or using illegal objects and substances is prohibited. Santomar reserves the right to request vacancy in cases of drunkenness, illegal practices or conduct contrary to morals and good customs. 🧹🌿What is important to know: •For the sake of sustainability, we do not carry out daily cleaning in the suites nor daily change of bed and bath linen. •At check-in, you will find the impeccable suite with bedding, bath towels, floor towels, pillows and blanket — at no additional cost. •If you wish to request cleaning with a full change of linen (for up to 2 guests), we charge R$80.00. For more guests or specific requests, check with our team. •We offer a waste station with selective collection (tailings and recyclables). •Each suite has a clothesline for drying clothes and towels. •Replacement of toilet paper and garbage bags is done at no additional cost. •We do not provide beach towels. *Bookings over 5 nights include 1 complimentary cleaning with linen change.* Thus, together we promote the conscious use of natural resources, taking care of Ilhabela and our planet. *Parking* •Free, in a rotating system, with 1 vacancy per suite. •Spots discovered within the property. •The neighborhood is residential and quiet, at 700m there is a police station, and Ilhabela has one of the lowest crime rates in Brazil.
