This extraordinary attic apartment in the heart of Neukölln is located in a quiet side street of Karl-Marx-Straße in our own family home. The space The approx. 35 m² attic apartment is located on a quiet side street of the lively Karl-Marx-Straße in Berlin Neukölln. It has a living/sleeping room with two single beds that can be placed individually in the room. There is also a kitchenette with an electric hotplate (two hobs), kettle and fridge. The kitchenette is connected to the living/sleeping room with a large pass-through. Attention: There is no sink in the kitchenette. Dishes must be washed in the bathroom. The interior bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and is a bit older. Guest access The property is located in the attic (2nd floor without elevator) in our detached house. Access is via the shared courtyard and the shared staircase. So you may encounter us or our three children during your stay. It is also possible that you will hear us from time to time. Other things to note Children are welcome by arrangement. However, the property is not child-safe (e.g. unsecured sockets, windows and stair entrances) and does not have separate facilities for children. Pets are not allowed.
