Cosy house in market town

Enjoy easy access to the canal, the town centre with all of its restaurants and bars, and the beautiful Ashridge Estate to enjoy nature, from this perfectly located home base. Berkhamsted is a beautiful market town, consistently voted into the top places to live in the UK. The high street is full of independent shops and restaurants for every taste and price point. The Grand Union canal is only 1 min walk from the house, and the expansive Ashridge Estate is only a 5 minute drive. The space This is a two bedroom house, with a converted loft room which serves as an office space. Guest access The house is fully for guest use. Other things to note There is free on-street parking on the street - it can sometimes be tight spaces, or it may be difficult to find at some times of the day. If so, the streets nearby have some free spaces too (check signs) and you'll normally be able to bring your car closer within an hour or so. Also, there are many beautiful outdoor spaces in Berkhamsted. My back garden is unfortunately not one of them - it's absolutely useable but is planned to have a big tidy and re-plant.
