Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers, our newly-remodeled guesthouse (with private entrance and patio) is a short stroll to Silver Lake’s famed Sunset Junction, home to restaurants, cafes and much more. Our Farmers Market pops up twice weekly in Sunset Triangle, which also hosts free outdoor movies over summer. So grab your seasonal market produce, freshly roasted artisanal coffee beans, whip up deliciousness back in our kitchen and enjoy it all al fresco Cali style. The space Fully-stocked gourmet kitchen (pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster oven, full fridge + freezer), split system AC/heater. Smart TV, Cable TV, streaming Netflix, Amazon, wi-fi. Traditional Spanish-tiled bathroom, premium linens, full LG washer and dryer. A secluded, paved patio looking past our majestic succulents and over Silver Lake hillsides to Downtown LA is the perfect perch to enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises, and then return at dusk with a glass of wine as the sunsets over the hillsides. Plenty of unrestricted street parking available. Guest access Guests enter through their own private entrance on Descanso Drive, on the south side of the house, up stairs. Other things to note This is a family friendly neighborhood. We do want you to enjoy your stay, please be respectful of our neighbors. For guests staying longer than 30 nights: In order to keep the guesthouse well maintained, it will need to be professionally cleaned, every two weeks.
