Le Couderc de Coubisou, renovated barn

Looking for calm, nature, outdoor sports? Want to discover the riches of the cultural and architectural heritage of northern Aveyron? Our barn is located close to the Lot Valley, the Aubrac Regional Nature Park and many villages classified among the most beautiful villages in France. Our cottage is a completely renovated old barn with a terrace overlooking a small wild valley. It can accommodate 5 people. Hikes possible from the vacation rental. The space The cottage is located in the local Le Couderc in the municipality of Coubisou, in the middle of nature, 12 km from Espalion, 8 km from Estaing, 20 km from Laguiole (downhill ski resorts, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing) and 38 km from Rodez (Soulage Museum, SNCF train station). The gite is isolated and independent, about ten meters from our home. We would like to inform you that no pets are allowed. The barn sleeps 5. With a surface area of 75 m2 (+30m2 on the mezzanine), it is composed of a large living room with a cathedral ceiling with an equipped open kitchen, a dining area and a seating area (with a wood stove) overlooking a terrace without vis-à-vis with a breathtaking view of the valley. In the barn, you will have central heating and a wood stove outside of the summer. First wooden wheelbarrow offered upon arrival (following wheelbarrows for 12 euros). The bedroom (bed 140 x 190 cm) has a velux and a large bay window that overlooks the garden. The mezzanine bedroom (3 beds 90 x 190 cm) has a velux and a glass window that overlooks the garden. We can, on request, bring 2 single beds together to transform it into a large double bed. We draw your attention to the presence of transverse beams at about 1.60m height. The mezzanine is equipped with blackout curtains. The large bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separated and the entrance has a wardrobe. Guests can park your vehicle along the barn in a dedicated parking space. In Espalion, you will find a supermarket, gas stations, a cinema, a swimming pool discovered in summer, restaurants, hairdressers, museums, the castle of Calmont d 'Olt, a bookstore... Guest access The cottage is located 2 minutes from Cabrespines Castle and you have a parking space.
