We love being just 20 minutes from LIR Airport and a short 10-15 minute drive to the calm waters of Playa Hermosa and El Coco. One of the best things about the house is how easy it is to get here and start your vacation: Easy Arrival: We are just 20 minutes from the Liberia Airport (LIR). Depending on traffic, it’s a smooth 20-25 minute drive, so you can go from the arrivals terminal to our private pool in no time! • Beach Hopping: In just 10–12 minutes, you can be at the beach in El Coco or Playa Hermosa. We’re also a short drive from hidden gems like Calzón de Pobre, Panama, and Penca. • Adventure Day Trips: We are a great base for exploring. The stunning La Leona Waterfalls and Rincón de la Vieja are about an hour away. For a famous river safari, Palo Verde is a must, and for ocean view ziplining, Diamante Eco Adventure Park is a quick 30-40 minute drive. Our Favorite Features We’ve designed the backyard to be your own private paradise: • The Pool: Our private swimming pool area comes with sun-tanning chairs and floats for long afternoons in the sun. • Outdoor Living: We love outdoor dining, so we’ve set up a full outdoor kitchen and BBQ. There’s even a TV and a music speaker, perfect for enjoying music, fresh air, and relaxing moments outdoors. Tropical Vibes: Enjoy lush garden views and a convenient poolside shower to rinse off after the beach. A Peek Inside We wanted every detail to be about your comfort: The Kitchen: Fully equipped with an island breakfast bar and an espresso machine for those perfect Costa Rican mornings. Living Space: A cozy, contemporary spot with a Smart TV and board games for quiet nights in. The Bathrooms: Spa-like vibes with rain showers and a soaking tub to help you unwind. Your Sleep Setup • Master Bedroom: A peaceful King-size retreat with soothing decor and a Smart TV. • Guest Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with Queen beds and cozy single pullouts. Each of these rooms also has a dedicated desk if you need to catch up on a little work while you’re here. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive and private access to the entire home and the expansive outdoor living area. Your Private Retreat Includes: The Backyard: Full use of the private plunge pool, sun lounge, and garden. Outdoor Entertainment: Complete access to the BBQ, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and the convenience of the outdoor bathroom and poolside shower. Secure Parking: Our private, gated driveway accommodates up to four vehicles, providing ample space and peace of mind. Note on Privacy & Storage: Our caretaker may stop by briefly during your stay to service the pool; we will always message you in advance. To ensure the home remains in top condition, a small shed in the back is reserved for our caretaker and cleaning crew. A dedicated cabinet in the laundry room is also locked for host supplies. Other than these two small areas, the entire property is yours to enjoy in total privacy. As we are located in the heart of a vibrant community, you will experience the true local rhythm, from morning tropical birds to the sounds of local life. During certain holiday seasons, nearby community events or festivities may bring temporary, increased noise levels. We recommend this location for travelers who enjoy being part of a real town's energy rather than a secluded resort. Guest Verification & Security We are committed to full compliance with Costa Rica’s 2026 short-term rental regulations. Independent Verification: To complete your booking, you will be asked to complete our independent verification process. Arrival Info: Please anticipate a message requesting specific details required by law before your stay begins. Access: Once your details are verified, we will send your secure entry code and all check-in information. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property safe and compliant. Transportation & Exploring To fully enjoy the freedom of the nearby coastline and regional attractions, we strongly recommend renting a car. Beaches: Major beaches like Playas del Coco and Playa Hermosa are a quick 10–15 minute drive. Walkability: Grocery stores and local "Sodas" (restaurants) are within walking distance; the beaches are not practical to reach on foot. Vehicle & Gate Access Your security is important. The main entrance gate works via remote control to gain access to the parking lot. Please park your car at least one meter away from the electric gate to allow it to close completely. When entering or leaving the property, please ensure you are ready to proceed quickly, as the gate closes after approximately one minute. Always wait for the gate to close completely before driving away. We provide a secure, gated parking space for up to 4 vehicles. Professional Maintenance & Amenities To ensure high standards, our maintenance team follows a rigorous professional cleaning checklist. We proudly supply the propane for the BBQ grill. Please note a small backyard shed and one laundry cabinet are reserved for our caretaker and cleaning crew; we will notify you in advance if any maintenance (like pool servicing) is required during your stay.
