There is also a neighborhood boat ramp (Lamb Eddy landing) just a 15 minute car ride up the road for tubing and paddling. A beautiful 3+ mile hiking trail is just a 10 minute drive (Willis Bridge). This riverside retreat is a unique oasis! Sip coffee on the balcony while enjoying the soothing sounds of the river and the beautiful sights of nature. Build backyard fires under the moon and starlit sky or rinse off in the private outdoor shower. SLEEPING ARANGEMENTS: This home has four bedrooms with four beds plus an air mattress. Recently remodeled, the main house features a downstairs master bedroom with king bed and master bath with soaker tub. Upstairs is another master with Queen bed and the third bedroom has a king bed and balcony overlooking the river. While the upstairs bedrooms offer privacy from the downstairs, they do not have doors on the bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms plus a half bath in the main house. For an even closer connection to nature, head over to the detached master suite that has a third King bed, half bath and an amazing outdoor shower. The upstairs bedroom has its own private deck, where you can relax and enjoy the river's beauty. The downstairs area of the tiny house features a large kitchen area. The living room and kitchen feature expansive windows, allowing you to indulge in the captivating sights of the Chipola River day and night. Instacart grocery delivery is now available! BE AWARE: This home is directly on the bank of a deep river, and may not be suitable for small children or pets. Be aware the river bank has a steep drop off with no rail. Watch children and pets AT ALL TIMES, regardless of their swimming ability. Enter the lower dock and water at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty, and no handrail on one side of the dock. Owner is not responsible for any injuries or accidents of any kind. No diving, as limestone rocks, logs or anything else not visible could be below.
