The perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The space The house is arranged on two floors, and it has a garden area with a private swimming pool, an exterior pergola, and a BBQ area! FIRST FLOOR The house is distributed in two floors. On the first floor, where the entrance is, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms: SUITE: a suite with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with a table and outdoor chairs. TWIN 1: bedroom with two single beds TWIN 2: bedroom with two single beds BATHROOM: with a shower LOWER FLOOR On the lower floor, there is a spacious KITCHEN, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a large freezer. DOUBLE BEDROOM with views to the swimming pool, and just in front of it a FULL BATHROOM with shower and a LAUNDRY ROOM. On this floor, there is also the LIVING ROOM, divided into two spaces: the sofa area, with a FIREPLACE and a centre table, and the dining area, equipped with a table and chairs. The living room opens to a GALLERY with glass walls and ceiling fans. The luminous GALLERY offers views of the garden and the swimming pool. During the summer, the windows are open to let the air pass through, and in the winter, they are closed, creating a warm and pleasant space. The GARDEN is decorated with a beautiful olive tree that shades the NATURAL GRASS. There is a PRIVATE POOL with SUN LOUNGES, deckchairs, and chairs. There is also a PERGOLA/PORCH, equipped with a big table and chairs, and the BBQ BARBECUE area behind the porch. An ideal place to spend time outdoors during the warm summer nights, or the soft winter mornings! The living room and the suite have air conditioning. The rest of the rooms have ceiling fans. Guest access This house is exclusive to its guests. Included services: (included in the price) Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential area where the house is located. Thank you for your understanding! HOUSE RULES - It is not available to groups under 25 years old. - The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome. - During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - It is also necessary to remove the debris from the apartment periodically to avoid odours and dirt. There are containers in the street, very close to the house. - It's everyone's duty to respect and preserve the resources we have. Please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. NOT PERMITTED - Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form. - To carry out loud activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, please use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies. - Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed.
