Blue House: country living close to everything

Hidden off of River Rd within a gated property on the Willamette River path convenient to downtown Eugene, the Whit neighborhood, U of O campus, the airport & Springfield. Included is a full kitchen, gas fireplace, Roku TV, garage, and washer dryer. 2 full baths, one a shower and one walk-in bathtub. NOTE: the master bedroom is accessed through the 2nd bedroom. Upon booking, you will receive a link to a basic guest agreement. Please sign to finalize your booking. The space Can be setup for up to 4 adults with 2 children. The kitchen table can accommodate up to 4 adults, as can the twin daybed in the 2nd bedroom that converts to a King bed. Up to 3 guests in the reservation will default with a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. Guest access Whole house, garage, separate fenced yard are dedicated for your use. Other things to note River path access is a block away at the end of Merry Ln. Ask about how to exit the property on foot. We have 2 large dogs, Luna & and Wally, who are friendly though a bit energetic. They will be kept on our side of the property. We should be present for any animal introductions.
