You are located, very rare, just above a shopping mall: ideal for last-minute shopping at Carrefour Hyper before cooking in your equipped kitchen, or just to buy a coffee at PAUL or a hamburger at Quick. In addition, by crossing the shopping mall and exiting, you will find yourself on the long pedestrian street of Orleans, with all kinds of shops, from large groups such as Sephora, but also artisanal houses such as Sébastien Papion (they make the best comforting chocolates in the world and the best artisanal pistachio paste, you will not regret it, believe me, it is only in Orleans that you can find these delights). The building is very secure and soundproofed to ensure total calm. Upon entering this home which will be yours for a few days, you will discover a large entrance, with on your right a spacious and cozy living/dining room with a large enclosed winter balcony allowing you to admire the view from the top of the building. In front of this same entrance, you will see your fully equipped kitchen for some time as well as a small table and chairs to sit down to rest while your food simmers, or to sip a coffee in the morning or once your activities are over at 4pm. You will cross the hallway to reach the first bedroom which contains a single bed as well as a desk with two chairs. Attached to this will be the master bedroom with a double bed and exceptional bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep (very comfortable mattress and CASTELBAJAC bedding), as well as a dressing room to hang your precious clothes. In front of these two bedrooms will be the toilet and bathroom with plenty of rolls of toilet paper at your disposal (we've all had the experience of an Airbnb that only had one roll of paper for a whole week for 3 travelers... not very pleasant), hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Finally, you will also find a hair dryer, washing machine pods in case you need to wash your clothes, and several bath towels available to you.
