This house is not a rental property: it is our home in Asturias. We spend our vacations and getaways here, and we share it when we are not there. That's why you'll find it the way we live it: with care, with authentic details and with qualities that we have chosen for ourselves. If you value a first-class break, you'll sleep well here: excellent beds and a house with attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked, with new utensils, like in a real home. The space It is a space designed for families (up to 4 guests) who want to enjoy a place with soul, feel at home and take care of it with the same respect with which we offer it. Our house is handcrafted and lovingly decorated. Since 2024 we have shared it with families looking for a place of calm in a privileged environment. We've prepared everything to make your stay perfect. We are next to spectacular beaches, the Fito viewpoint and the MUJA, in the middle of the cider region. You can walk to the beach and the mountain. The house is built in stone and its interior has been handmade made of chestnut and cherry wood. Garden: private garden in the back with table and benches where you can eat, read and spend pleasant moments. Location and surroundings Its prime location allows you to enjoy beautiful views of the sea and mountains, establish contact with Asturian culture, its customs and gastronomy, and discover beaches and cliffs such as La Isla, La Espasa, La Griega, Arenal de Morís and La Vega. It is a 3-minute drive to La Isla beach; if you prefer, you can walk on a beautiful 25-minute walk along a rustic road, crossing a Roman bridge, with horses, cows and goats. We are at the foot of the Sierra del Sueve, next to the road that goes up to the Fito viewpoint. You'll be able to hike a multitude of hiking trails. We are 6.3 km from the Jurassic Museum and 30 minutes from Gijón, 15 minutes from Ribadesella and 30 minutes from Picos de Europa. We will provide you with information to carry out activities such as visiting farms, cider houses, hiking trails, museums, restaurants... Guest access You can easily park near the house. There is Wi-Fi and a pellet stove in the living room. Very close, in Colunga, a 5-minute drive away you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cider houses... Other things to note Access is very easy: we are next to exit 337 of the A8 and only 2 minutes from the highway, which avoids regional or mountain roads. From here you can move quickly and be in any city in Asturias or northern Spain very easily.
