Guest access Guests will have full access to all parts of the property Other things to note •⁠ ⁠Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. •⁠ ⁠Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied. •⁠ ⁠No pets allowed •⁠ ⁠No unregistered guests allowed •⁠ ⁠Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume •⁠ ⁠Please make sure to lock the doors and windows •⁠ ⁠Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. •⁠ ⁠A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. •⁠ ⁠Please take extra care of your keys.
