The kitchen serves as a combined kitchen-living room, which is why the TV is located here. So other people can sleep undisturbed or work in the room. Furthermore, there is a washing machine in the kitchen, which may be used. In the eastern bedroom there is a 1.8 m x 2 m double bed. There is an option for a second bed on the inner balcony (- only on request and only for sufficiently athletic applicants at their own risk!) In the western bedroom (garden side) there is a single bed 0.9 m x 2 m on the side and there is a pull-out sofa bed 1.6 m x 2 m. Here, too, there would be the option for an additional mattress on the inner balcony 0.8 m x 2 m. - (Only on request and for sufficiently athletic applicants at their own risk!) Balcony: Smoking is allowed on the outside balcony. Please always use ashtrays! Guest access The guests have the whole apartment including the balcony at their disposal. Other things to note I live with my wife in the apartment on the first floor and - if I am not traveling at the time - I can also personally assist with any issues that arise.
