You enter from your personal use carport and up the flight of stairs into the apartment. It is one large open studio space with a full kitchen stocked with basic needs including coffee, tea, and sugar. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and is stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and extra towels. The living room area is cozy with a smart tv and basic cable.
