4 Bedroom Spacious Home, Close to VT

Welcome to our Blacksburg retreat! This 4 bedroom and 2 bath duplex features two inviting living areas, a full kitchen, a deck with a grill, and a spacious backyard. We are about 10 minutes to Virginia Tech and downtown, and about 30 minutes to Cascade Falls or Claytor Lake State Park-- ideal for game days, outdoor adventures, or a relaxing getaway! The space On the first floor, there is a living room, kitchen, a bedroom with two twin over full bunk beds, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full bathroom, and a side door to the deck. Downstairs, there is another living area, 2 more bedrooms (both have one queen sized bed), a full bathroom, laundry area, and a door to the backyard. There is seating and a grill on the deck, and a gravel driveway for guests to use. Front door has a smart lock, and a Ring Camera is on the front door area as well. Guest access Guests have access to the whole unit (this is part of a duplex), the left side driveway, deck, and shared backyard. Other things to note House Rules -Please be respectful of our neighbors and our home. -Clean the grill after use, and place the cover on the grill when not in use. -No smoking in the home is allowed. -Check-in is only 4pm or after. -Check-out is no later than 10am. -Check out instructions include putting all dirty dishes/utensils into the dishwasher and starting the cycle, locking the exterior doors, and taking the trash outside.
