Charming newly remodeled country house, overlooking La Piedra, surrounded by trees and gardens. The property is 10 minutes from Guatapé, 14 from El Peñol and 5 from the entrance to La Piedra. We have a beach area and private exit to the dam. This last space is the only one shared with our cabin guests. The dock and beach are shared with our guests in the small cabin. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the garden, deck, parking lot, and the entire area adjacent to the house. The only shared space is access to the dam, the dock, and the beach. Other things to note The Oasis is located in a quiet area, so it is perfect for relaxing and being in touch with nature. We ask that you use music at a moderate volume. The dock is located about 150 meters walking from the house and is the only space shared with another house. Access to this can be difficult for people with reduced mobility, as the terrain to get there is somewhat steep and requires going down stairs. On the deck you will find a barbecue.
