Beautiful house overlooking the ocean and the Atlantic Forest

The house is beautiful, bright and integrated with nature. It was designed by architect Nélson Dupré, with landscaping by Gil Fialho. It is more than 300 meters with an incredible view of the sea and the Atlantic Forest! Abundant greenery frames the terrace. A good place to slow down and hang out in the hammock reading a book. Curral Beach is 3 km away, and at the same distance, there are two options for waterfalls with crystal-clear waters. The trail to Bonete, one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil, is about 15 km away, the same distance from Vila, with its boutiques and sophisticated restaurants. And 8 km from Perequê, the center, with banks and supermarkets. And less than 1 km away is the Zico Mercadinho, for emergency purchases. Other things to note The guest must respect the rules of the condominium. If any fines occur, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit. The weekend package is at least two nights. From Friday from 5 p.m. until Sunday at 10 a.m. To use the pool, it is necessary to pay R$ 100.00 per person/day. But to sunbathe in the chairs, before the pool turnstile, and to use the ladder to access the sea, nothing will be charged. There is a rope to a large rock and you can swim in complete safety. To use the tennis court, soccer field and fishing spot, nothing will be charged. But to fish in the small area in front of the pool... Only after midnight. Ilhabela has an exuberant nature.
