Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Guests will have full access to the entire cabin, outdoor fire pit, picnic table, parking area, and surrounding private grounds. The front door is equipped with a keypad lock. If the keypad is not working or you experience any issues, a backup lock box with an extra key is located nearby. There is ample parking for multiple cars, trailers, or off-road vehicles. You’ll also enjoy direct access to ATV and snowmobile trails right from the cabin. Other things to note 🔇 Quiet Hours Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. While the cabin is private and secluded, sound travels easily in the quiet woods—keep voices and music low after dark. 🚗 Parking & Access There’s plenty of space for cars, trailers, and off-road vehicles in the private parking area. Please avoid driving or parking on grassy areas. Use the designated trail access for any ATV/OHRV machines. 🛷 Trail Access & Seasons • ATV Trails: Open Memorial Day Weekend (Friday) – Close after Columbus Day • Snowmobile Trails: Typically open December 15 – Close April 1 (weather-dependent) • Trail Hours: 30 min before sunrise – 30 min after sunset Please do not ride on Route 3 or other main roads unless clearly posted as OHRV-accessible. 🏍 Adventure Rentals at Bear Rock As a Bear Rock Lodging guest, you’ll receive 20% off ATV and snowmobile rentals during your stay!
