Other things to note Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay. Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller. Without this, check-in 
instructions cannot be provided. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. 2. Respect & Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise low, especially after 10 PM. No parties, loud music, or illegal activities.
 3. Registered Guests Only: For comfort and security, only guests listed in the reservation may stay.
 4. No Smoking: To keep the space fresh for everyone, smoking is not allowed. A €300 fee applies if this rule is broken.
 5. Residential Use Only: The space is for private stays—no business activities, please.
 6. Check-In & Check-Out: Please follow the designated times. Late check-out incurs a €50 per-hour fee.
 7. Furniture & Cleanliness: Kindly avoid moving furniture or setting up tents. Any damages or stains may result in a €300 fee.
 8. Liability & Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning. We are not liable for third-party service issues.
 9. Departure: Before leaving, turn off heating, return keys to the lockbox, and tidy up the kitchen to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.
 10. Compliance: These guidelines help keep the space welcoming for all. Non-compliance may result in cancellation without a refund.
