Campomar Villas: 10 Rooms/23 Guests, Pool, Beach

Campomar Villas: Entire Property with private pool. This listing consists of all 6 of our villas: Villa 1 (2 BR), Villa 2 (3 BR), Villas 3 and 4 (1 BR each), Bungalow (1 BR) and the Apartment (2 BR). In total there are 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms plus pool bathroom. The property sleeps up to 23 people and there is parking for 11 cars. Only a 4 minute walk from beautiful Shack's Beach. Please read detailed description before booking! The space Please read entire description and rules before booking! The guest limit is 23 people. Infants do not count as guests, however we do not provide cribs or pack and play, etc. The property consists of 6 individual fully equipped units that surround a 15 x 30 pool, gazebo and extensive garden area. The units are: Villa 1- 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, queen bed, 2 full beds, 6 guests. Villa 2- 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and 1 twin trundle bed, 7 guests. Villa 3- 1 bedroom, 1 bath, queen bed, 2 guests. Villa 4- 1 bedroom, 1 bath, queen bed, 2 guests. Bungalow*- Studio unit, 1 bathroom, queen bed, 2 guests. Apartment- 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 queen beds, 4 guests. *Note about the Bungalow- this unit is older and more rustic than our other units. The bathroom and shower is very small. Its a wooden tropical style bungalow and the occasional bug or gecko will get in despite our best efforts and regular fumigation. All units are fully equipped, have full kitchens, AC in all rooms (except the apartment, which only has AC in the bedrooms), private patio spaces with gas grills and seating areas in each unit, Wi-fi, and internet based TV. The pool is a 15 x 30 black bottom pool, it gets to 6 feet deep. It DOES NOT have a hot tub. There is a gazebo with seating, a large cooler, and a full bathroom. The property is nicely landscaped with a large yard for kids to play in. There are various fruit trees and we are happy to share the fruit when its in season. The guest limit is strictly enforced. We do not allow outside visitors without prior permission. We may allow small events for an extra fee, but this must be discussed prior to booking. We have parking spaces for 11 cars. If you must bring more cars than this, please ask before your arrival. The owner and myself live on the property. We are available if you need anything and are there for day to day maintenance. Otherwise we will leave you to yourselves. IMPORTANT: Even though you are renting all of the units, we still have rules that must be followed. We ask you to avoid excessive noise. This is a residential area, we have neighbors and also live on the property ourselves. You are welcome to play music at the pool, but please keep the volume at a reasonable level. You are welcome to use the pool as late as you want, but we ask for quiet after 9 pm (no music or loud voices). We want our guests to have fun, but not at the expense of our neighbors. If you are looking to have a raging party, this is not the place. Please don't book if you can't abide by our common sense rules. *Dogs, cats, and horses live on this property. *We have a back up solar power to all of the units except for Villas 3 and 4 at this time. Power outages do occasionally happen in PR, they typically don't last more than half a day, but occasionally last a little longer. Our units function normally under solar power, including AC. However, if the outage is at night we will ask you to be coservative with power and AC usage to ensure the battery will last all night in case the outage lasts that long. *Wi-fi is normally reliable and strong, however outages do happen occasionally. If wi-fi access is extremely important to you (for remote work, etc), it is a good idea to have the capability of making your phone a hot spot in case of outage. *We are not responsible for situations beyond our control and we do not give refunds in the event of typical power or wi-fi outages. Guest access Shack's beach is a 4 minute walk away. Depending on conditions, Shack's is good for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing and is also a world class kite surfing destination. We also walking distance to Villa Montana Resort, Villa Tropical, Eclipse restaurant, Ola Lola's Tiki Bar and Tropical Trail Rides. Jobos beach is a mile and a half away. Other good beaches are within a 10 minute drive (Middles, Surfer's, Wilderness, Crashboat, etc.). The Econo grocery store is 5 minutes away, located on Road 110. Many great restaurants and bars are located at Jobos Beach and along Road 110. We are 10 minutes from the Aguadilla airport (BQN) or about 2 hours from the San Juan airport (SJU). It is highly recommended to rent a car. There is no public transportation here, taxi's are limited and Uber is pretty much non-existent.
