The gîte is located next to a craft brewery, which produces ORJY beer. Being close to Châlons en Champagne, Épernay and Reims, this guarantees you a wide range of activities. You can have a pleasant time with family, friends to visit Champagne or colleagues for your business trips. The space The gîte sleeps 6 in an 85 m² accommodation fully renovated in 2023. It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and a 50 m² furnished terrace. A sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional guests. On the ground floor, you will have access to a laundry room with washing machine. Park your vehicle with peace of mind thanks to the private parking located right across the street from the cottage. Guest access The cottage is accessible via a staircase. A key box allows you to arrive at the time you want. Other things to note This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, due to access by a staircase.
