Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m. The space The apartment has been recently decorated and equipped with Wi-Fi, two split A/C units (living room and bedroom), Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator, hairdryer, and amenities (shampoo and soaps), new and clean bed and bath linens, as well as all the items for a wonderful and comfortable stay in Leblon. Other things to note The apartment is located on the third floor in an old and charming building on the beach block. There is no elevator and you need to climb two flights of stairs to access the apartment. By staying in this apartment, you agree to the following rules: - Check-in from 3 p.m. - Check-out until 11:00 a.m. - The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. - Companions and other people who have not contracted the accommodation with us cannot enter and remain in the property without our prior knowledge and release. - Smoking, pets, parties, events, loud music and other forms of gatherings and noise are prohibited. The apartment is also not suitable for children and infants. - Misuse of towels, bedding and upholstery (such as holes or stains) will be charged according to the repair cost. - Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, dyes, pens, etc. - Whenever leaving the house, the guest must turn off all air-conditioning units, lights and other electrical equipment as a sustainability measure, as well as to avoid waste and the consequent additional charge of electricity. - If the apartment is eventually fined due to the guest breaking the condominium rules, the fine received will be passed on to the guest for reimbursement.
