Warmly furnished in the former stable of our family property of travelers between Asia and Africa, you will enjoy in any season a central location to discover our "volcanic" region, its heritage and its many activities. Close to the cottage: river, countryside, troglodyte site… 5 km away: Issoire, a town with all shops. The space Walk through the door and discover your accommodation: For 5 to 8 people: booking of the entire gîte (170 m2) On the ground floor: - Large modular living space of 60 m²: convivial table, sitting area, library, games, TV, alcove furnished on request. Pellet stove (a 15 kg/day bag is provided - any additional bag will be charged €7). - Separate 15 m² kitchen, very well equipped and small practical back kitchen to store your groceries. - The whole overlooks a green inner courtyard, equipped for relaxation, meals (large table, plancha, deckchairs). A composter is at your disposal. Bedding side, three 14 m² double bedrooms with their private bathrooms and toilets, spread over 3 levels (comfortable stairs), including the very accessible ground floor: - On the ground floor: king size bed, adjustable on request into 2 beds of 90 x 200. Adjoining shower room and separate toilet. - On the first floor: queen size bed. Bathroom with adjoining toilet. - On the second floor: 2 beds 90 x 200. Bathroom with toilet in the bedroom. - In the living room, possibility to arrange the alcove with 2 beds of 90 x 200. Shared ground floor shower room. For 2 to 4 people: Possibility to book only the ground floor (115 m²) with 1 bedroom, 2 beds in the alcove and the shared shower room (economy package). Guest access For 5–8 people, entire accommodation and private outdoor space. For 2–4 people, the ground floor of the accommodation and the private outdoor space. Other things to note An inventory with photos can be found in the welcome booklet. Upon your departure, the cottage must be returned as clean and tidy as when you arrived. We ask you for a deposit cheque of €80 for cleaning that would not be carried out. If you don't want to do the cleaning, you can request it as an option (€80). For the future of all: selective sorting and energy responsibility are required.
